News sources are reporting that Lindsay Lohan will not face felony charges for alleged DUI and alleged cocaine possession based on her arrests this summer.  Lilo may only be charged with two misdemeanors for her imitations of Mr. Toad’s Wild Ride.  Impressive considering the events that led to the arrests of the fiery and possibly lesbian redhead.  PHATLAW readers will recall Lindsay allegedly caused property damage and fled the scene of an accident in one DUI and allegedly went on a car chase in the other. The first person has sued Lindsay Lohan in connection with her second DUI arrest.  PHATLAW readers will recall that Lilo allegedly hijacked a car and used it to chase a car driven by her assitant’s mother, Michelle Peck, until she was apprehended by law enforcement.  There were also reportedly three other individuals in the car with Lohan, who claimed to be unwilling passengers.  However, Traci Rice, a hollywood nobody, filed the first suit against the starlett claiming she was a passenger in the car Lilo allegedy chased.

Apparently Lindsay Lohan’s arrest last month for a DUI was not her first driving related incident.  PHATLAW has learned that on May 18, 2007, Grandeur, Inc. (“Grandeur”) filed suit in Small Claims Court in Beverly Hills against Lohan related to a car crash that took place in October 2005.  The Complaint alleges that on October 4, 2005 Lohan crashed her Mercedes into a van owned by Grandeur causing $3,624.84 in property damage to the vehicle.  The CEO of Grandeur stated that she wrote a letter to Lohan and asked her to pay the repair costs.  When Lohan failed to respond to her request, she filed suit.  Read the rest of this entry »

The plot thickens in the Lindsay Lohan saga.  Celebrity gossip site, Celebrity Babylon, is reporting Lindsay Lohan’s gal-pal, DJ Samantha Ronson, struck a deal with paparazzi to set up the photos of a passed out Lohan at an L.A. gas station.  According to Celebrity Babylon, Ronson has made a steady stream of income from narcing out Lohan to paparazzi for some time now.

Harry Morton, Lindsay Lohan’s former beau and the owner of the Hollywood hot spot, Pink Taco, has filed a two count civil suit in L.A. County, California against an unnamed female.  The defendant, Jane Doe, allegedly created a myspace page under Morton’s name and posted nude photos of one of Morton’s friends that implied that the friend had AIDS.   Read the rest of this entry »
