A seven count civil suit filed in Essex County, New Jersey named Axel Rose, various other members of the 1980’s hair band, Guns N’ Roses, and their production companies as defendants (the “GNR defendants”).  All seven counts of the lawsuit brought by tour services company, Speed of Sound, allege that the GNR defendants reneged on an agreement to pay Speed of Sound for services related to their 2006 tour.  It appears that Speed of Sound is seeking approximately $107,000 plus interest, costs and attorney’s fees.
