Canadian prosecutors withdrew a pending assault charge against the original but lesser known “vampire slayer” Kristy Swanson.  As PHATLAW first reported, Swanson was charged in June with assaulting Marcia O’Brien, the ex-wife of her baby’s daddy Lloyd Eisler.  Eisler and Swanson met and fell in love while skating partners on FOX’s “Skating with Celebrities.”  Eisler was married at the time to the then pregnant O’Brien.In reaction to the news, Swanson reportedly remarked that  ”[t]his never should have happened and our family can move on.”  Sure Kristy, bad things shouldn’t happen when you steal someone’s husband and get pregnant with his love child.  Come on.  You have got to be kidding.

PhatThought:  Apparently, Ms. Swanson is not familiar with the expression that “you reap what you sow.”

Kristy Swanson was arrested for assault yesterday in Kingston, Ontario, Canada.   Swanson allegedly assaulted Marcia O’Brien, the ex-wife of Swanson’s current beaux and baby’s daddy Lloyd Eisler.  The alleged incident reportedly occurred while Swanson accompanied Eisler on a visit of the two children he has with O’Brien.  Swanson voluntarily turned herself into police in connection with the charges, was arrested, and released on bail.  Little more information was available regarding the alleged incident.  However, Swanson’s publicist indicated that she intends to file an assault charge of her own against O’Brien.
