PHATLAW has learned that lawyers in the Los Angeles City Attorneys’ Office are split over whether to prosecute the Pop Princess for a fatal car crash she was involved in last December.  PHATLAW readers may recall that the Pop Diva was traveling 65 mph down the 405 when she crashed into a car in front of her.  That crash triggered a multi-car accident that left a 38 year old married mother of one dead.  Read the rest of this entry »
