PHATLAW has learned that Rutgers B-baller, Kia Vaughn, has filed a civil suit against the Shock Jock for slander, libel, and defamation.  The Complaint stems from Imus’ comments earlier this year in which he called the Rutger’s girls basketball team a bunch of “nappy headed hos.”  The suit claims that the comment refers to Vaughn as an “unchaste” woman.
