That is the question before a Federal Court Judge in California.  Fritz Junker has recently filed a lawsuit against David Arquette and his production company, Coquette Productions, for copyright infringement.  In his Complaint, Junker alleges that Arquette’s movie “The Tripper” copies his film titled “The Truth About Beef Jerkey.”
