A Storm is brewing on the set of “General Hospital.” PHATLAW has learned that Kirsten Storms, who plays Maxie Jones on the popular day time soap opera, has been officially charged with two (2) counts of driving under the influence.  PHATLAW readers may recall that Storms was arrested on September 7th for failing field sobriety tests.

It looks like even Soap Stars are getting their names in Hollywood rags these days.  Kirsten Storms (better knows as Maxie Jones on “General Hospital” and Belle Black on “Days of our Lives”) was pulled over on a California highway for throwing a lit cigarette out of her Mercedes.  That’s right PHATLAW readers, the Soap Star was originally pulled over for LITTERING!!!!!!!!!!!!.  While the coppers were questioning her, they smelled alcohol and gave her a sobriety test.  When Storms failed, she was arrested for DUI.  The Daytime Queen of Mean was later released on $5,000 bail.
