A seven count civil suit filed in Essex County, New Jersey named Axel Rose, various other members of the 1980’s hair band, Guns N’ Roses, and their production companies as defendants (the “GNR defendantsâ€Â). All seven counts of the lawsuit brought by tour services company, Speed of Sound, allege that the GNR defendants reneged on an agreement to pay Speed of Sound for services related to their 2006 tour. It appears that Speed of Sound is seeking approximately $107,000 plus interest, costs and attorney’s fees. The creators of ” Will & Grace,” David Kohan and Jason “Max” Mutchnick (”creators”), settled a legal dispute with NBC Studios, shortly before the jury verdict was scheduled to be read. The terms of the settlement were undisclosed. Read the rest of this entry »

Alec Baldwin unleashed his anger and frustration over his current child visitation rights with his 11 year old daughter Ireland by leaving an explosive voicemail message on her cell phone after she missed a scheduled phone call. According to the current visitation schedule he has with ex-wife, Kim Basinger, Baldwin has scheduled phone calls with his daughter. When Ireland missed one of those scheduled calls, Baldwin unleashed a tirade of threats and insults by calling his daughter a “thoughtless little pig.â€Â At one point during the voicemail message, Alec threatened to “straighten your ass out.†Read the rest of this entry »
