Lindsay Lohan knows how to party for someone that cannot even legally drink.  Early Saturday morning, May 26, 2007, Lohan’s partying ways landed her in some hot legal water.  The twenty year-old actress was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and/or other drugs (DUI) after her Mercedes hopped a curb and crashed. Scott Stapp, 33, has been known for many things:  terrible music, his love of tank tops, and making the world’s most boring porno film.  Well, as of yesterday he can add being arrested for allegedly assaulting his wife to his list of life accomplishments.  Florida’s Palm Beach County Sheriff’s office arrested Stapp yesterday for aggravated assault with intent to commit a felony.  Read the rest of this entry »

Harry Morton, Lindsay Lohan’s former beau and the owner of the Hollywood hot spot, Pink Taco, has filed a two count civil suit in L.A. County, California against an unnamed female.  The defendant, Jane Doe, allegedly created a myspace page under Morton’s name and posted nude photos of one of Morton’s friends that implied that the friend had AIDS.   Read the rest of this entry »
